The 333 Method requires just 3 tailored workouts per week (typically 30-45 minutes each) and 3 short movement sessions. Most clients spend about 3-4 hours total on their training each week.

Many of my clients start as complete beginners. I provide detailed form guidance, fully explained video tutorials, and personalised modifications based on your current fitness level.

No problem, mamacita! I can design your programme for home workouts with minimal equipment. Many of my clients get incredible results training at home.

My main focus is on sustainable nutrition habits and getting enough protein. You can either get a tailored meal plan in which I calculate everything for you so you don’t have to count a single calorie, or you can eat intuitively and control portions with the palm of your hand. You'll still enjoy chocolate, wine, and your favourite treats.

Most clients notice energy improvements within the first week and visible body changes within 4-6 weeks. Clients who follow the programme consistently typically achieve their initial weight loss goals within 8-12 weeks.
